Frogeye Hemp is pleased to offer a wholesale program to customers that are interested in reselling our products.  To make things simple, our wholesale program is built into our existing website through the following links:

Wholesale prices are only visible while you are logged into your wholesale account.  

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value and priority shipping is free.

How to Place an Order

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars on the wholesale order page.  All authorized wholesale customers will typically receive significant discounts off the MSRP, plus free shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice and no coupon codes may be used with wholesale orders. 

Returns

Our goods are guaranteed to satisfy the customer’s sales expectations. In the event that the customer wishes to discontinue any or all Frogeye Hemp products, any products returned to Frogeye Hemp in salable condition will be credited to the customer’s account. Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

Payments

Frogeye Hemp accepts credit cards and checks.  All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances we will only charge the customer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs. Checks must clear prior to order shipment.

Shipping

Free shipping is included in the cost of goods meeting the minimum order requirements for wholesale pricing.  Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

International Orders

We do not ship international wholesale orders at this time.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Frogeye Hemp at info@frogeyehemp.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. 

Lead Time 

We ship orders within 24 hours received on Sunday through Friday and often the same day.  

Backorders

We try to keep our current inventory up to date and to have every product offered in stock.  If there is an unavoidable outage, we will contact you as soon as possible.  We do not back-order out of stock items.

As with most agricultural products, Frogeye Hemp products are unique, with each variety having its own unique characteristics based on the agricultural conditions in which it was produced.  When a specific crop year, variety or strain of hemp is sold out, that specific product will no longer be available.  However, our farm and greenhouse supply is reliable and consistent and we work hard to always have new and fresh products on the way, especially of our most popular varieties.  Each new product is tested for and the results are updated and shared with customers when made available by Frogeye Hemp.
